Marion County Gyms Forced to Closed due to Covid-19 Coronavirus

Governor Holcomb ordered all gyms and fitness facilities on Monday, March 16th, to close their doors by Tuesday 8:00am at the latest. Initially, the government-mandated shutdown was for seven days. However, Monday evening, the restrictions were extended in Marion County until April 6th.

Our Strength School gym on the southside of Indianapolis is located near the southern border of Marion County; thus, we have had to close operations there until April 6th.

Strength School in Martinsville, Morgan County, is still fully operational, though we have taken additional measures to keep our fitness facility and our clients safe, including shortening class times to allow deep cleaning fo the equipment and gym after each class, along with limiting clients’ contact with other groups before and after each class.

For anyone that cannot make it to the gym in Martinsville, we are providing at-home workouts customized for their goals and exercise equipment at home (if any). All of our clients who regularly attend classes at the Strength School location in Marion County are welcome to attend classes in Martinsville.

We are committed to helping all our clients improve their health and fitness throughout these restrictions due to the corona virus. If you are not a current client, we can help you as well. Please do not hesistate to call, text, or email us and we can discuss your options for living a healthy lifestyle until these interruptions pass.
