At our gym on the southside of indianapolis, we offer programs for athletes, weight loss, strength and muscle, and older adults

At our Strength School gym in Indianapolis, we have different workout programs for different goals: athlete training, weight loss, strength and muscle, and older adult exercise. We have 1-on-1 training if you want privacy and more attention. We also have small group fitness classes where you work out with 4-5 other people with similar goals and fitness levels. And if you have some aches and pains, or perhaps an injury that is causing you problems, we partner with a physical therapist who can work with you at our gyms.

For older adults, we have a special exercise program focused on gaining strength, improving balance, and having more energy throughout the day. We have worked with adults in their 60s, 70s, and 80s, including people who never exercised before in their life. You do not need to already be in shape to come to Strength School Indianapolis! Our older adult groups are 4-6 people with one of our full-time, professional personal trainers guiding you through the whole workout, every time you are in the gym. With a trainer helping you, you never have to fear getting hurt or doing something the wrong way. And by working out in a small group of other older adults, you get to have fun, laugh, and truly enjoy your workouts.

For weight loss, we offer workouts and/or nutrition coaching. When you get in touch with us, our trainers will schedule a time for you to visit the gym on the southside and discuss your goals, health history, and personal preferences. And they will use all that information to prescribe a weight loss program specifically for you. For some clients, they need to start with our fat loss workouts 2-3 times a week. Other people may do best starting out just with nutrition coaching, and then adding workouts later. Every person is different. When you first get in contact with us, we listen carefully to you and help find the best way to achieve your goals and dreams.
